Welcome to Memphis Hotel Room. Please review our reservation
policies carefully before booking your stay.

Pets Policy

At Memphis Hotel Room, service animals and well-behaved pets
are welcome. Pets are permitted unless they pose a health or safety risk or
are prohibited by law.

Pet Limit: Maximum 2 pets per room.

Important Pet Guidelines

Animals that cause damage, are too disruptive, unattended, aggressive, or
create a health/safety risk may not remain onsite.

Service Animals are always welcome, but they must also not
pose a health or safety risk.

All pets and service animals must be declared at check-in.

Pets must be on a leash and attended when outside the room.

Pets should not be left alone in a room or automobile.

Rooms with unattended pets will not be serviced unless the pet is secured in
a crate/carrier or the front desk is informed about housekeeping access.

Memphis Hotel Room reserves the right to access rooms for housekeeping,
maintenance, safety, and security.

Occupancy at Memphis Hotel Room

All guests registering must be 18 years of age or older
(some locations may require 19–21 years) and must present
photo identification at check-in.

Children 17 years and under stay free when occupying the
same room with an adult family member.

Occupancy may be restricted by local ordinance.

Occupancy Limits

One-bed room: Usually 1 to 2 persons.

Two-bed room: Maximum 4 persons.

Booking Limits

Reservations may be made up to one year in advance,
subject to availability.

Maximum consecutive stay booked online may vary by location and usually
ranges from 14 to 60 days.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in Time: Typically after 3:00 PM, based on availability.

Check-out Time: 12:00 Noon (may vary by location).

Late check-out must be approved by front desk personnel before check-out time.

Room Types and Beds

One king, queen, or double bed: Maximum 2 persons.

Two queen or double beds: Maximum 4 persons.

One infant may be added if a crib is available and suitable for the infant’s weight.

Sleeping bags, cots, or extra furniture may not be placed in the room by guests.

Room Payment / Advance Payment

At check-in, guests must present a valid
government-issued ID and may be required to provide a valid
credit, debit, or bank card matching the reservation name.

Debit/bank cards may be authorized for the full stay plus incidentals, and funds
may not be released for up to 2 weeks, depending on bank policy.

Cashier checks, money orders, and
prepay voucher reservations are not accepted.

Room charges are payable at registration or by 12 Noon in
advance of each subsequent night’s stay.

Accepted Payment Methods

Traveler’s checks and major credit cards including
American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA.

Discounted Rates

Senior, Military, Corporate, and coupon-based discounted rates cannot be
combined with other special rates or discounts and may not be available
during special events.

Individual Reservations – Guarantee & Cancellation Policies

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or directly through the property.

If guaranteed with a credit card, your reservation will be held
all night for your arrival.

Non-guaranteed reservations are usually held until 6:00 PM
at most locations.

To avoid penalty, cancellations must be made by the required cutoff time on
the arrival date and a cancellation number must be obtained.

If a guaranteed reservation is not cancelled, the first night may be charged
and the remaining reservation may be cancelled.

Special Requests

Memphis Hotel Room will make every effort to honor requests such as
first floor, smoking room, or crib, but availability
cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Early Check-In Policy

Early check-in may be available for an additional fee,
subject to room availability and operational conditions.

Payment of the early check-in fee is a request for priority access and does
not guarantee room availability before standard check-in time.

Group Reservations

Group reservations of 10 or more rooms require a credit card
guarantee or may require an advance deposit for the first night’s total charges.

This deposit must usually be made at least 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation notice for groups may vary between 14 to 30 days
before arrival.

Accessible Rooms

Accessible rooms may be booked online. If you require a
roll-in shower, please select an accessible room with that feature.

International Reservations

International guests may book online or contact the property by phone or fax
for assistance.

Currency Conversion

Currency conversion is provided for reference only.
Actual charges will be based on the property’s local currency at check-in.
